Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, accessing, or using the AR service, link, or webpage, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Use & Misuse: The AR service/link/page is provided for legitimate business and informational purposes only. If the customer uses the service, link, or webpage for any fraudulent, unlawful, unauthorized, or improper activity, or misuses it in any manner causing loss, harm, or inconvenience to any person or organization, the customer shall be solely responsible for such actions and their consequences. AR shall not be responsible for any such misuse carried out by the customer.
Annual Maintenance & Renewal: The annual maintenance/renewal of the service is mandatory to keep the service active. If the applicable annual maintenance/renewal fee is not paid within the required period, the service, webpage, or related features may be suspended or discontinued until the renewal payment is received and processed.
Customer-Provided Information: The webpage/design and its displayed information will be prepared strictly on the basis of the details, content, images, business information, and other inputs provided by the customer through the required form or communication. If the customer provides any incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misspelled information, the same information may be displayed on the webpage. Customers are therefore responsible for carefully checking and confirming all details before submitting the form. Any corrections or modifications required due to incorrect information provided by the customer may be subject to applicable charges.
Prepaid Service: The service operates on a 100% prepaid basis. The service or applicable work will be initiated/provided only after the required payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
No Cancellation or Refund: Once the payment has been successfully made and the service or work has been initiated, the order/service cannot be cancelled and the payment will be non-refundable. No refund, in full or in part, will be provided after the service has commenced.
Authorized Payment Details: Customers must make payments only through the official payment details provided by AR. Customers should verify the payment details before making any transaction. If a customer voluntarily makes a payment to any other account, number, UPI ID, QR code, link, or payment method without obtaining confirmation or authorization from AR, the customer shall be solely responsible for such payment, and AR shall not be responsible for any resulting loss.
